Playing Games Won’t Help You Get Back Your Ex

If you really want to get back your ex, you have probably thought up all sorts of clever plans for doing so. And one of the things you might have considered is the “jealousy scheme.”

What is the jealousy scheme? Well, it basically involves your ex seeing you with someone else, usually somewhere like a club, restaurant, or even at your home. The theory is that seeing you with someone else will make your ex so jealous that they will want you back right there on the spot.

Does the jealousy scheme work? It might, in some cases. But, even when it seems to work, using the method to try to get back your ex has all sorts of pitfalls. What if the person you are using (because that’s what you would be doing) had real feelings for you? Wouldn’t they be hurt by this scheme?

What if, instead of wanting you back on the spot, your ex thinks you being with someone else means you have moved on?

Worst of all, what if your ex sees right through what you are doing, and it just pushes them further away?

There are many things you can do to get back your ex. But playing these sorts of games usually backfires, and can make it even harder to reconcile with your ex.
